Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of Aivantio Builder at aivantio.dev, the websites it hosts on aivantio.site and any custom domain you connect (together, the “Service”). By creating an account you agree to them.

Your account

You need a valid email address to sign in. Keep access to that inbox secure: anyone who can open your sign-in links can use your account. You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to buy a paid plan.

What you build belongs to you

You own the content you write and the websites you create, including the code we generate for you. You can download it at any time. You give us permission to host, copy and display that content only so we can run the Service for you.

You are responsible for what you publish: its accuracy, any images or text you add, and complying with the laws that apply to your business, including privacy and consumer law for the visitors and leads your site collects.

Acceptable use

You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. We may remove content, unpublish a site or close an account that breaks it, without notice where a site puts people at risk.

Plans, credits and payment

Paid plans renew monthly until you cancel. Each plan includes a monthly credit allowance; Pro, Business and Agency plans roll unused credits over up to one month's allowance. Top-up credits are added straight away. Prices are shown before you pay and are charged by our payment provider, Stripe. You can cancel at any time from your Account page; your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Credits are not cash and have no value outside the Service. Failed AI builds are refunded automatically as credits.

Free sites

Sites on the Free plan show a small “Built with Aivantio” badge and are hidden from search engines. We may remove free sites that have had no visits for 12 months.

AI output

The Service uses AI models to write code and copy. AI output can be wrong or incomplete. Review your site before you rely on it, especially prices, legal text and contact details.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available but don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted. We may change or discontinue features; if we make a change that significantly reduces a paid plan, we'll tell you in advance.

Liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

Ending your account

You can stop using the Service at any time. Email support@aivantio.dev to have your account and sites deleted.
