Questions
What is a credit?
A credit pays for one build with a premium AI model (Claude or GPT). Gemini, Groq, Mistral, Cerebras and OpenRouter builds cost half a credit, Plan mode costs a quarter, and Cloudflare AI builds are free within your daily allowance. Failed builds are refunded automatically.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes, on Starter and above. Connect a domain you already own, or buy one through our partner Hostinger, then add one DNS record. SSL is set up for you.
Do unused credits roll over?
On Pro, Business and Agency, unused credits roll over up to one month's allowance. You can also buy 40 extra credits for $10 at any time.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from your Account page and your plan stays active until the end of the month you paid for. Your sites stay online on the Free plan's limits.
Can customers pay me through my site?
Yes, on Starter and above. Connect your own Stripe account and add pay buttons, deposits or a pay-any-amount page, or send invoice links. Payments go straight to your Stripe account; Aivantio doesn't take a cut. Stripe's normal card fees apply.
Do I own the website?
Yes. You own your content and the code we generate, and you can download it as HTML at any time.
