Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Aivantio Builder collects when you use aivantio.dev, and what happens to information collected by the websites you publish with it.
Information about you
- Account: your email address, used to sign you in and send service emails (sign-in links, lead alerts, reports you switch on).
- Your projects: the prompts you write, the files we generate, versions and settings, so we can build and host your sites.
- Billing: your plan and payment status. Card details are handled by Stripe; we never see or store them.
- Usage: credit usage and basic logs needed to run the Service, prevent abuse and fix problems.
Information collected by your published sites
When visitors fill in a form or chat with the AI receptionist on your site, we store what they submit in your Leads inbox and send it to you. For that information you are the controller and we process it on your behalf. Visit counts are recorded without cookies; we store page names, referring websites and a one-way hash of the visitor's IP address for rate limiting, not the address itself.
Who processes data for us
- Supabase (database and sign-in)
- Cloudflare (hosting, security and Cloudflare AI)
- AI providers you choose for builds, such as Anthropic and OpenAI, which receive your prompt and the site's code
- Stripe (payments) and Resend (email)
We don't sell personal information and we don't use your prompts or sites to train AI models.
How long we keep it
We keep your account data while your account is open. Leads stay until you delete them. When you ask us to delete your account we remove your projects, leads and settings within 30 days, except records we must keep for tax or legal reasons.
Your choices
You can export your sites, download leads as CSV, turn off monthly reports and delete leads from your dashboard. To access, correct or delete your personal information, email support@aivantio.dev.
