Aivantio Builder is for building real websites for real businesses and projects. You may not use it to build, publish or host:

• Phishing pages, or any page that imitates another company's login, payment, delivery, banking or government service
• Pages that collect passwords, card numbers, bank details, recovery phrases or private keys under false pretences
• Malware, crypto drainers, or links to them
• Scams, fake shops, fake investment schemes and fake reviews or testimonials presented as real
• Content that infringes someone else's copyright or trademark, including copying another business's site, logo or brand
• Sexual content involving minors, content that promotes violence or terrorism, or harassment of private individuals
• Illegal goods or services, or anything unlawful where you or your visitors are
• Spam, or sites made only to manipulate search rankings

We check prompts and published pages automatically and review reports. We may unpublish a site, suspend an account and keep records needed to investigate abuse. Repeated or serious breaches lead to permanent removal without refund.
